Still, Mirko\'s wife Rosa would love to see another side of Mirko - she aches to get all dressed up and go out on the town, but forcing a real welder into a suit is not so easy.
Then Mirko, along with his two friends gets fired. They don\'t really understand why, but all three head to the employment agency to look for other work.
By chance, they encounter a woman on the road whose car has broken down.
It is Ute Götz, an arrogant executive consultant who happened to be on her way to their old place of employment to try and get the business back on track. Without a thought-out plan, on the spur of the moment, they kidnap the surprised woman. After it seems pretty clear that nobody is particularly interested in Ute\'s fate, the four wind up becoming friends.
Their brilliant new plan? A new executive consulting team, one that knows how the actual work really gets done. With their newfound \'authority\', and dressed in sharp suits, they are not at all recognized by their old boss Henning as they attempt to sell him on restructuring the business. Still, going from a blue collar to a white collar doesn\'t come easy to the three friends. Harder still is dealing with Rosa, who is working for Henning - she must not know what they are up to...
The stress of being a management consultant weighs heavily on Mirko, but it\'s about to get worse. Directly before finalizing the big deal, he realizes that Henning has a romantic interest in Rosa.
